About
Vauxhall Elementary School is a Kindergarten to Grade 6 school located in Vauxhall, Alberta. We have approximately 125 students, 8 professional teaching staff and several support staff members. Our school was modernized in 2011 and we are very proud of our facilities.

Low German Mennonite Program:
VES offers special classes in our school to support the Low German Mennonites. This program is designed to teach the regular provincial curriculum, but at the same time, respects their culture and religious beliefs. We also offer German School on Friday mornings which is taught by two of our Low German Mennonite moms. Mrs. Vogel helps our German teachers to provide instruction in these classes. Students in main stream classes may attend Friday German classes by making a request to the school principal.
